Meridian Digital Advisory was established to help businesses and organisations improve the way they use data, systems, and digital tools to support better performance, better decisions, and more sustainable growth.
We work with businesses that want more than just another software recommendation. Our focus is on understanding how the business operates today, what its goals are, where inefficiencies and risks exist, and what practical steps will create the greatest impact.
We believe digital transformation should be practical, tailored, and clearly linked to business outcomes.
That means looking beyond individual tools and focusing on the bigger picture: how information flows through the business, where systems are disconnected, where manual work is slowing teams down, where leaders lack visibility, and where better use of data can improve control, efficiency, service, and growth.
Our role is to help clients move from fragmented systems and reactive processes to a more connected, data-informed, and scalable way of operating.
Meridian Digital Advisory draws on extensive experience across quality assurance, data management, research operations, analytics, digital tools, and stakeholder engagement, with collaborations across Australia, Europe, Asia, US and Northern Africa.
This includes experience in quality assurance and ISO-based auditing in electronics manufacturing. It also includes many years supporting complex research programs with data requirements, reporting milestones, and operational processes, including the development of a global wheat germplasm database used to track breeding generations, experiment results, and performance analysis to support decision-making and yield improvement.
This work extended into long-term support of major international initiatives, including projects associated with the Gates Foundation, and the design of an application to help scientists assess plant breeding programs and improve genetic gain.
These practical foundations are strengthened by postgraduate training in business analytics, including data-driven decision-making, Python, R, machine learning, text analysis, network analysis, data monetisation, data maturity assessment, ethical AI, statistical methods, and analytics project management.
At Meridian Digital Advisory, the aim is simple: help organisations gain more control over their information, more confidence in their decisions, and more time to focus on what matters most.
