About Meridian Digital Advisory
Meridian Digital Advisory is a founder-led advisory practice created to help organisations make better use of their data, systems, and digital tools.
It was established on a simple belief: digital improvement should make work clearer, more efficient, and more sustainable, not more complicated.
Meet Sandra Micallef
I am the founder of Meridian Digital Advisory, based in Brisbane.
My background spans quality assurance, data management, analytics, business systems, governance, reporting, and operational improvement. Over more than 25 years, I have worked across complex environments where information, processes, and stakeholder needs had to come together in a practical and reliable way.
That experience showed me that many organisations do not need more technology for its own sake. They need clearer thinking, better visibility, stronger data foundations, and practical systems that support the way they actually work.
Meridian Digital Advisory was created to provide that kind of support.
Experience shaped by real operational challenges
My career began in quality assurance and process-focused work, where structure, consistency, and continuous improvement were essential. Over time, that evolved into broader work across data, reporting, governance, systems, and digital problem-solving.
Since then, I have worked with complex stakeholder groups, data-intensive initiatives, and operational environments where clarity, trust in information, and practical solutions were critical.
That combination of technical understanding and business perspective shapes the way I work today.
How I work
I take a practical, grounded approach to digital advisory.
That means starting with the real issue rather than the assumed solution. In some organisations, the right next step is a dashboard. In others, it is a process redesign, a data clean-up exercise, a digital roadmap, or a tailored business tool.
The goal is not to overcomplicate. The goal is to help organisations make better decisions, reduce operational friction, and build stronger foundations for growth.
